Background of the Study

Employment generation is one of the key objectives of effective tax policies, particularly in regions like Demsa LGA, where economic development is hindered by high unemployment rates. Tax policies, such as incentives for businesses, deductions for hiring new workers, and investments in infrastructure, can encourage job creation. This study evaluates the impact of various tax policies on employment generation in Demsa LGA, with a focus on assessing their effectiveness in reducing unemployment and stimulating economic growth.
