Background of the Study

Kankia LGA, like many local governments, faces challenges in managing financial resources effectively. Research Hypothesis

  1. H₀: Financial analysis tools do not significantly improve financial accountability in public sector management in Kankia LGA.
  2. H₀: The use of financial analysis tools does not lead to better resource allocation in Kankia LGA.
  3. H₀: Challenges in using financial analysis tools do not significantly affect the effectiveness of public sector management in Kankia LGA.

Significance of the Study

This study will provide insights into the role of financial analysis tools in improving public sector management and financial accountability in Kankia LGA, contributing to more efficient resource utilization.

Scope and Limitation of the Study

The study will focus on public sector management in Kankia LGA, evaluating the tools used in financial decision-making. Limitations may include difficulty in obtaining detailed financial records from local government offices and variability in the application of financial tools.
