Background of the Study
Media play a pivotal role in shaping societal perceptions and addressing deep-seated issues such as ethnic stereotypes. In a diverse country like Nigeria, where ethnic divisions often fuel tension and conflict, the media's ability to foster understanding and promote unity is critical. Kachia Local Government Area (LGA) in Kaduna State is home to various ethnic groups, each with unique cultural identities.
