Background of the Study

The Balanced Scorecard (BSC) is a strategic management tool that helps organizations track performance across multiple dimensions, including financial, customer, internal processes, and learning and growth. In non-profit organizations, particularly in Konduga LGA, applying BSC can enhance performance by aligning activities with the organization’s mission and vision. This study will evaluate the use of BSC in enhancing performance within non-profits in Konduga LGA, focusing on its effectiveness in improving outcomes in terms of resource allocation, service delivery, and stakeholder satisfaction.

  3. H₀: Challenges in implementing the Balanced Scorecard do not significantly hinder performance in non-profit organizations in Konduga LGA.

Significance of the Study

This study will contribute to the understanding of how the Balanced Scorecard can be applied in the non-profit sector to enhance performance, with insights for improving management practices and service delivery in Konduga LGA.

Scope and Limitation of the Study
