Background of the Study
Financial record-keeping is a fundamental practice for businesses of all sizes. For small businesses in Damaturu LGA, accurate financial records are essential for managing cash flow, planning for growth, and ensuring the sustainability of the business. However, many small businesses in this region face challenges with inadequate record-keeping, which can lead to poor financial decision-making and hinder business sustainability. Statement of the Problem
