Background of the Study
Social media has revolutionized journalism by enabling real-time reporting and direct communication between media outlets and the public. In the context of disaster management, social media journalism has proven to be an invaluable tool for providing timely information, coordinating relief efforts, and raising awareness. Birnin Kebbi LGA, the capital of Kebbi State, has experienced several natural and man-made disasters, including floods and health emergencies.
