Background of the Study
The rise of digital media has transformed the way information is disseminated, particularly in relation to public opinion. In Minna LGA, Niger State, digital journalism has emerged as a powerful tool for shaping public perceptions on a variety of issues, ranging from politics to health, education, and governance.
