Chapter One: Introduction
1.1 Background of the Study
Gender representation plays a pivotal role in shaping the dynamics and inclusivity of events. Events that promote balanced gender participation often foster diversity, creativity, and equal opportunities for all attendees. In Lokoja Local Government Area, Kogi State, cultural, social, and professional events provide platforms for community engagement and development.
