Chapter One: Introduction
1.1 Background of the Study
Religious events serve as significant platforms for fostering social cohesion, particularly in culturally diverse communities. In Bauchi LGA, where multiple ethnic and religious groups coexist, events such as interfaith dialogues, religious festivals, and community prayer sessions have historically played a role in uniting people.
