1.1 Background of the Study
Cooperative societies play a pivotal role in fostering economic empowerment, especially in rural areas like Jalingo Local Government Area (LGA), Taraba State. These societies provide members with access to resources, financial services, and collective bargaining power. Public relations (PR) is essential in advancing cooperative societies by promoting their benefits, enhancing member participation, and fostering community trust.
