Chapter One: Introduction
1.1 Background of the Study
Multicultural communities like Otukpo LGA, Benue State, often face challenges related to diversity, such as cultural misunderstandings and ethnic tensions. Public relations (PR) serves as a vital tool for promoting peaceful coexistence by fostering dialogue, addressing stereotypes, and advocating for inclusivity.
