Chapter One: Introduction
1.1 Background of the Study
Public-private partnerships (PPPs) have become integral to successful event organization, combining the resources, expertise, and networks of both sectors. In Minna LGA, Niger State, PPPs have been utilized to host cultural festivals, trade fairs, and other community events. These collaborations enhance the quality and scale of events, fostering economic growth and community engagement.
