Background of the Study
Agriculture remains a vital sector in Anka Local Government Area (LGA), Zamfara State, providing employment and contributing significantly to the local economy. Effective budgetary practices are essential for funding agricultural programs, improving productivity, and achieving sustainable development. However, Anka LGA faces challenges such as inconsistent budgetary allocations, poor fund utilization, and inadequate monitoring of agricultural projects. Statement of the Problem
