Background of the Study
Rural cooperatives in Okene Local Government Area (LGA), primarily focused on agricultural activities, have faced numerous challenges in implementing effective cost accounting systems. Cost accounting plays a crucial role in managing the finances of cooperatives by providing insights into cost structures, profitability, and the overall financial health of the cooperative.
