Abstract: This research investigates the impact of adult education on refugee integration, focusing on how educational programs facilitate the social and economic inclusion of refugees in host communities. The study aimed to evaluate the effectiveness of adult education in supporting refugee integration, to identify key components of education that aid integration, and to assess the challenges faced by refugees in accessing education. A survey research design was chosen to collect data from refugee participants in adult education programs, providing a comprehensive understanding of their experiences. A sample size of 200 refugees was selected for this study. The purposive sampling technique was employed to target refugees involved in integration-focused education programs. The case study was conducted in Ogun, Nigeria, where various initiatives support refugee education and integration. Findings revealed that adult education significantly facilitated refugee integration, with participants reporting improved language skills, employment opportunities, and social inclusion. However, challenges such as cultural barriers and limited access to education were identified. The study recommended enhancing cultural sensitivity in education programs and increasing access to educational resources for refugees.
