EXCERPT FROM THE STUDY
In this study, our focus was to examine the attitude of consumers towards public utilities using power holding company Enugu office as a case study. The study specifically was aimed at the ideas, attitude and consumers view about PHC at Enugu metropolis. To determine the extend to which service of PHC is demanded compared to other public utilities. To find out the impression consumer have about the price of organization service on relations to its quality. To analyse ways of wining consumers favourable attitude and there improve the share among other service. A total of 30 responses were validated from the enrolled participants where all respondent are drawn from staffs of Lagos state university. Based on the finding of this study, the following conclusions were made:
