Abstract: The topic of this research is the impact of cultural diversity on adult education practices. This study aimed to explore how cultural diversity influences the effectiveness and inclusivity of adult education programs. The objectives were to assess the impact of cultural diversity on program delivery and learner engagement, to evaluate the challenges and opportunities presented by diverse cultural backgrounds, and to identify best practices for managing cultural diversity in adult education settings. A survey research design was employed to gather data from educators and learners in culturally diverse adult education programs, providing a broad perspective on these issues. A sample size of 290 participants from various cultural backgrounds was selected to ensure comprehensive coverage. The purposive sampling technique was used to focus on individuals involved in diverse educational settings. The case study was conducted in Abuja, Nigeria, a city with a rich cultural mix. Findings indicated that cultural diversity positively influenced program delivery and learner engagement, though challenges such as communication barriers and varying educational expectations were noted. The study recommended implementing culturally responsive teaching practices and providing training for educators to effectively manage and leverage cultural diversity.
