Abstract: The topic of this research is the impact of organizational support on adult learning. This study aimed to explore how organizational backing, including resources and infrastructure, affects the success and effectiveness of adult education programs. The objectives were to assess the impact of organizational support on learner outcomes and satisfaction, to evaluate the adequacy of resources provided, and to identify the types of support that most enhance learning experiences. A survey research design was utilized to collect data from adult education participants and administrators, as it provides a broad perspective on the role of organizational support. A sample size of 290 participants from various adult education programs was selected to ensure comprehensive coverage. The purposive sampling technique was used to target individuals and organizations with notable support systems for adult learning. The case study focused on organizational support practices in Abuja, Nigeria. Findings revealed that strong organizational support positively influenced learner outcomes, satisfaction, and overall program effectiveness. The study recommended enhancing organizational support structures, including resource allocation and infrastructure improvements, to further support adult learning.
