Abstract: The topic of this research is the impact of family support on adult education success. This study aimed to explore how support from family members influences adult learners' academic achievements and persistence in education. The objectives were to assess the role of family support in enhancing academic performance, to evaluate its effect on learners' motivation and retention, and to identify the specific types of support that are most beneficial. A survey research design was employed to gather data from adult learners regarding their experiences with family support, as it facilitates a comprehensive understanding of this relationship. A sample size of 250 adult learners receiving varying levels of family support was selected to provide relevant insights. The purposive sampling technique was used to target individuals who have significant family support during their educational pursuits. The case study was conducted in Anambra, Nigeria, where family support systems are notably influential in educational success. Findings revealed that family support played a crucial role in enhancing academic performance, boosting motivation, and improving retention rates. The study recommended strengthening family engagement in the educational process and providing resources to support families in fostering educational success.
