A survey research design was utilized to collect data from various adult education programs offering flexible options, as it allows for a broad analysis of how flexibility impacts different aspects of learning. A sample size of 270 adult learners participating in flexible education programs was selected to ensure a diverse perspective. The purposive sampling technique was used to focus on individuals who have experienced different flexible learning arrangements. The case study was conducted in Lagos, Nigeria, where flexible education models are widely implemented.
