Abstract: The research explores the impact of corporate social responsibility (CSR) on adult education initiatives. This study aimed to determine how CSR activities contribute to the development and support of adult education programs. The objectives were to assess the extent of corporate involvement in adult education, to evaluate the impact of CSR initiatives on program effectiveness, and to identify best practices for enhancing CSR contributions to adult education. A survey research design was utilized to collect data from corporations and educational institutions involved in CSR activities. A sample size of 280 respondents from various companies and adult education centers was chosen to capture a broad view of CSR impact. The purposive sampling technique was used to select participants actively engaged in CSR activities related to education. The case study focused on CSR initiatives in Delta, Nigeria. Findings indicated that CSR activities significantly supported adult education programs, improving their reach and effectiveness. Recommendations included encouraging more companies to invest in adult education through CSR and developing partnerships between corporations and educational institutions to enhance program outcomes.
