Abstract: The impact of adult education on family dynamics was examined to determine how adult learning influences familial relationships and interactions. The study aimed to understand the role of adult education in improving family communication, enhancing parenting skills, and fostering a supportive home environment for children's education. A survey design was chosen for its ability to capture nuanced insights from participants. The sample size consisted of 250 adults engaged in educational programs, selected through purposive sampling to ensure diverse representation of family structures. The research was conducted in Enugu, Nigeria, a region with a growing emphasis on adult education. Findings indicated that adult education significantly improved family communication, enhanced parenting skills, and created a more supportive home environment conducive to children's academic success. It was recommended that adult education programs incorporate family-focused content, offer workshops on parenting and communication, and provide resources that encourage the involvement of family members in the learning process.
