Abstract: The impact of technology on adult education delivery methods has become increasingly significant in recent years, transforming the landscape of learning for adults. This study aimed to evaluate the effectiveness of technology-enhanced delivery methods in adult education. The objectives were to examine the extent to which technology improves learning outcomes, identify the challenges faced by educators and learners in adopting technology, and assess the satisfaction levels of adult learners with tech-based education. A survey design was chosen for this research because it allows for the collection of data from a large population in a structured manner, facilitating a comprehensive analysis of the impact of technology. The sample size for the study was 200 adult learners selected using a purposive sampling technique to ensure that participants had experience with both traditional and technology-based learning methods. The case study focused on adult education centers in Lagos, given its status as a technology hub and its diverse population. The findings indicated that technology significantly improved learning outcomes by providing flexible, accessible, and engaging educational experiences. However, challenges such as digital literacy, access to devices, and internet connectivity were noted. It was recommended that education centers should invest in digital literacy programs and infrastructure to support the integration of technology in adult education.
