Abstract: The impact of health education on adult well-being is a crucial topic, particularly in areas with limited access to healthcare information. This study investigated how health education programs influence adult well-being in Enugu, Nigeria. The objectives were to evaluate the effectiveness of health education in improving health literacy, to measure its impact on health-related behaviors, and to assess changes in overall well-being. The survey research design was employed to gather extensive data on adults' health knowledge and behaviors. A sample size of 300 adults, selected through purposive sampling, participated in the study to provide relevant insights into their experiences with health education. The case study was conducted in various community health centers in Enugu, known for their active health education programs. Findings indicated that health education significantly enhanced health literacy, promoted healthier lifestyles, and improved overall well-being among adults. Recommendations included expanding health education programs, incorporating them into public health strategies, and ensuring consistent delivery of accurate health information.
