Abstract: THE INFLUENCE OF SUPPLY CHAIN DIGITALIZATION ON LOGISTICS PERFORMANCE
This study examines the influence of supply chain digitalization on logistics performance, focusing on its impact on efficiency, transparency, and cost management. A survey design is selected for its ability to gather quantitative data from a large sample. Using Taro Yamane's formula, a sample size of 330 respondents is determined to ensure statistical significance. The case study is based in Enugu, focusing on a logistics company that has adopted digital supply chain technologies. The reliability coefficient score of 0.88 confirms the survey's reliability. Findings indicate that supply chain digitalization significantly enhances logistics performance by improving efficiency, transparency, and cost management. Recommendations include investing in digital supply chain technologies and training staff to effectively utilize these tools.
