Abstract: THE IMPACT OF SUPPLY CHAIN COLLABORATION ON LOGISTICS EFFICIENCY
This study investigates the impact of supply chain collaboration on logistics efficiency, focusing on its effects on coordination, cost reduction, and service quality. A survey design is selected for its ability to gather quantitative data from a diverse population. Using Taro Yamane's formula, a sample size of 320 respondents is determined to ensure statistical significance. The case study is conducted in Uyo, focusing on a manufacturing company with strong collaborative supply chain practices. The reliability coefficient score of 0.87 confirms the survey's reliability. Findings suggest that supply chain collaboration significantly enhances logistics efficiency by improving coordination, reducing costs, and enhancing service quality. Recommendations include fostering collaborative relationships with supply chain partners and regularly assessing their impact on logistics efficiency.
