Abstract: THE IMPACT OF SUPPLY CHAIN ANALYTICS ON LOGISTICS DECISION-MAKING
The objective of this study is to investigate the impact of supply chain analytics on logistics decision-making, focusing on its effects on data-driven decisions, efficiency, and overall supply chain performance. A survey design is employed due to its effectiveness in collecting data from a diverse population. Using Taro Yamane's formula, a sample size of 330 respondents is calculated to ensure statistical significance. The case study is conducted in Abuja, focusing on a logistics company that extensively uses supply chain analytics. The reliability coefficient score of 0.88 indicates high reliability. Findings reveal that supply chain analytics significantly enhances logistics decision-making by enabling data-driven decisions and improving overall efficiency. Recommendations include investing in advanced analytics tools and training logistics personnel in data analytics.
