Abstract 1 THE INFLUENCE OF INTERNAL MOBILITY ON RECRUITMENT STRATEGIES
This study investigates the influence of internal mobility on recruitment strategies, focusing on its impact on employee retention, career development, and overall recruitment efficiency. A survey design is employed due to its effectiveness in collecting data from a diverse population. A sample size of 310 respondents is derived using Taro Yamane's formula to ensure representativeness. The case study is conducted in Abuja, targeting a telecommunications company with a strong internal mobility program. The reliability coefficient score of 0.87 indicates high reliability. Findings suggest that internal mobility significantly enhances recruitment strategies by improving employee retention and career development opportunities. Recommendations include promoting internal mobility within the organization and regularly evaluating its impact on recruitment strategies.
