Abstract  THE IMPACT OF RECRUITMENT PROCESS OUTSOURCING ON ORGANIZATIONAL EFFICIENCY

The objective of this study is to examine the impact of recruitment process outsourcing (RPO) on organizational efficiency, focusing on its effects on recruitment speed, cost savings, and overall business performance. A survey design is selected for its ability to gather quantitative data from a large sample. Using Taro Yamane's formula, a sample size of 320 respondents is calculated to ensure statistical significance. The case study is based in Lagos, focusing on a manufacturing company that has outsourced its recruitment processes. The reliability coefficient score of 0.88 confirms the survey's reliability. Findings reveal that RPO significantly enhances organizational efficiency by reducing recruitment time and costs, leading to improved business performance. Recommendations include considering RPO as a strategic option for improving recruitment efficiency and regularly evaluating the performance of RPO providers.
