THE INFLUENCE OF EMPLOYER BRANDING ON RECRUITMENT SUCCESS

The study investigates the influence of employer branding on recruitment success, aiming to understand its impact on candidate attraction, application rates, and employee engagement. A survey design is justified for its capability to gather extensive data from potential and current employees. Using Taro Yamane's formula, a sample size of 300 respondents is determined to ensure accurate representation. The case study is based in Kano, focusing on a well-known retail company with a strong employer brand. The reliability coefficient score of 0.85 suggests a reliable survey instrument. Findings reveal that a strong employer brand significantly enhances recruitment success, attracting high-quality candidates and increasing application rates. Recommendations include investing in employer branding initiatives and maintaining a positive organizational culture to sustain recruitment success.
