The objectives of this research are to: (1) analyze the impact of digital transformation on human resource management, (2) identify key digital tools that enhance HR processes, and (3) evaluate the benefits of digital HR initiatives. A survey design was chosen for its ability to capture insights from HR professionals. The sample size, calculated using Taro Yamane's formula, included 379 respondents from corporate organizations in Enugu, ensuring comprehensive insights. The corporate sector was chosen for its extensive HR processes. The reliability coefficient score of the survey was 0.88.
