THE INFLUENCE OF DIGITAL TRANSFORMATION ON ORGANIZATIONAL LEARNING
The study aims to: (1) investigate the impact of digital transformation on organizational learning, (2) identify key digital tools that enhance learning and development, and (3) evaluate the benefits of digital learning initiatives. A survey design was chosen for its ability to capture employee learning experiences and perceptions. The sample size, calculated using Taro Yamane's formula, included 377 respondents from educational institutions in Enugu, ensuring comprehensive insights. The education sector was chosen for its emphasis on learning and development. The survey instrument achieved a reliability coefficient score of 0.88. Findings suggest that digital transformation significantly enhances organizational learning by providing more accessible, flexible, and personalized learning opportunities. Recommendations include investing in advanced digital learning tools, fostering a culture of continuous learning, and involving employees in the development of learning initiatives to enhance engagement and effectiveness.
