THE INFLUENCE OF DIGITAL TECHNOLOGIES ON CUSTOMER NEEDS ASSESSMENT
This study investigated the influence of digital technologies on customer needs assessment, focusing on objectives to assess how digital tools enhance customer insights, evaluate their impact on real-time data collection, and determine their role in improving customer satisfaction. A survey research design was utilized to capture data from a wide range of respondents, providing comprehensive insights. Taro Yamane’s formula was used to calculate a sample size of 350 respondents from the e-commerce industry in Abuja. The reliability coefficient score for the survey was 0.87, indicating high reliability. The study found that digital technologies significantly enhance customer needs assessment by providing real-time data and deeper customer insights. Recommendations include investing in advanced digital tools for customer needs assessment to drive customer satisfaction and business growth.
