THE IMPACT OF ADMINISTRATIVE SKILLS TRAINING ON ORGANIZATIONAL SUCCESS
Abstract: This study investigates the impact of administrative skills training on organizational success, aiming to identify how targeted training programs enhance administrative roles and overall organizational performance. A survey research design was utilized, involving a sample size of 370 administrative staff from a retail company in Lagos, determined using Taro Yamane’s formula. The reliability coefficient score of the survey instrument was 0.89, indicating high reliability. Findings suggest that administrative skills training significantly contributes to organizational success by improving task efficiency and employee competency. The study recommends regular and comprehensive training programs to continuously develop administrative skills and enhance organizational performance.
