Abstract: The objective of this research is to examine the influence of continuous learning on administrative effectiveness, focusing on the role of ongoing education and skill development. A survey design was employed, involving a sample size of 350 participants from a financial services company in Abuja, determined using Taro Yamane’s formula. The survey’s reliability coefficient score was 0.88, indicating high reliability.
