THE INFLUENCE OF CONTINUOUS LEARNING ON ADMINISTRATIVE EFFECTIVENESS

Abstract: The objective of this research is to examine the influence of continuous learning on administrative effectiveness, focusing on the role of ongoing education and skill development. A survey design was employed, involving a sample size of 350 participants from a financial services company in Abuja, determined using Taro Yamane’s formula. The survey’s reliability coefficient score was 0.88, indicating high reliability. Findings suggest that continuous learning significantly enhances administrative effectiveness by keeping staff updated with the latest knowledge and skills. The study recommends promoting a culture of continuous learning and providing opportunities for professional development to improve administrative performance and adaptability.
