THE ROLE OF INNOVATION IN ADMINISTRATIVE TASKS
Abstract: This study explores the role of innovation in performing administrative tasks effectively, highlighting the importance of creative and innovative approaches. A survey research design was selected for its ability to gather comprehensive data from a large sample. Using Taro Yamane’s formula, a sample size of 360 administrative staff from a tech startup in Lagos was determined. The survey instrument’s reliability coefficient score was 0.89, indicating high reliability. Findings reveal that innovation significantly enhances administrative tasks by introducing new and efficient methods. The study recommends fostering a culture of innovation and providing training in innovative thinking to improve administrative performance.
