THE INFLUENCE OF RESOURCE MANAGEMENT ON ADMINISTRATIVE EFFICIENCY
Abstract: The objective of this research is to examine the influence of resource management on administrative efficiency, focusing on how effective management of resources impacts administrative roles. A survey design was selected for its ability to gather comprehensive data from a large sample. Using Taro Yamane’s formula, a sample size of 370 administrative staff from a logistics company in Uyo was determined. The survey instrument’s reliability coefficient score was 0.88, indicating high reliability. Findings reveal that effective resource management significantly enhances administrative efficiency by optimizing the use of available resources. The study recommends incorporating resource management training into administrative development programs to improve overall efficiency and productivity.
