THE IMPACT OF ORGANIZATIONAL SKILLS ON ADMINISTRATIVE SUCCESS
Abstract: This research investigates the impact of organizational skills on administrative success, focusing on how structured and systematic approaches enhance administrative roles. A survey research design was utilized, involving a sample size of 370 participants, determined through Taro Yamane’s formula, from a retail company in Kano. The survey instrument’s reliability coefficient score was 0.88, indicating high reliability. Findings suggest that strong organizational skills are crucial for administrative success, contributing to better task management and increased productivity. The study recommends ongoing training in organizational skills and the adoption of effective organizational tools and techniques to improve administrative performance.
