Abstract: THE IMPACT OF CRISIS MANAGEMENT POLICIES ON ORGANIZATIONAL RESILIENCE
This research aims to evaluate the impact of crisis management policies on organizational resilience. Objectives include identifying key crisis management policies, assessing their effectiveness, and examining their role in enhancing organizational resilience. A survey design is chosen for its ability to collect comprehensive data from various organizational levels. The sample size, determined using Taro Yamane's formula, includes 350 respondents, ensuring statistical significance. The study focuses on the oil and gas sector in Lagos, known for its exposure to crises. The reliability coefficient score for the survey instrument is 0.87, indicating high reliability. Findings indicate that well-structured crisis management policies significantly enhance organizational resilience by enabling effective response and recovery. The study recommends that organizations should develop robust crisis management frameworks to navigate uncertainties and maintain continuity.
