Abstract: This study examines the influence of team dynamics on project outcomes, aiming to: 1) identify factors that contribute to effective team dynamics, 2) evaluate the impact of team dynamics on project success, and 3) recommend strategies for improving team dynamics. A survey design was employed to collect data from project managers and team members. Using Taro Yamane's formula, a sample size of 355 respondents was determined, ensuring a 95% confidence level and a 5% margin of error. The study was conducted in the telecom sector in Uyo, where team collaboration is essential. The reliability coefficient score of the survey instrument was 0.88, indicating high reliability. Findings indicated that strong team dynamics, characterized by trust, communication, and collaboration, significantly enhance project outcomes. Recommendations include fostering a positive team culture, providing team-building activities, and promoting open communication and conflict resolution within project teams.
