Abstract: This study examines the influence of organizational culture on project management practices, aiming to: 1) identify aspects of organizational culture that impact project management, 2) assess how cultural factors influence project outcomes, and 3) recommend strategies for aligning organizational culture with effective project management. A survey design was chosen to collect comprehensive data from project managers and team members. Using Taro Yamane's formula, a sample size of 370 respondents was determined, ensuring a 95% confidence level and a 5% margin of error. The study was conducted in the healthcare sector in Uyo, where organizational culture plays a pivotal role. The reliability coefficient score of the survey instrument was 0.88, indicating high reliability. Findings indicated that a supportive, collaborative, and innovative culture enhances project management practices and outcomes. Recommendations include fostering a culture that values continuous improvement, teamwork, and innovation to support successful project management.
