This research examines the influence of digital transformation on business performance. Objectives are: (1) to assess the impact of digital technologies on operational efficiency, (2) to analyze the relationship between digital transformation and competitive advantage, and (3) to identify key digital strategies that drive performance. A survey design is chosen to collect data from a large number of respondents. Using Taro Yamane's formula, the sample size is 340, ensuring comprehensive data collection. The study focuses on the retail sector in Lagos, Nigeria, where digital transformation is rapidly changing business operations. The reliability coefficient score is 0.87, indicating high consistency. Findings show that effective digital transformation significantly enhances business performance by improving operational efficiency, reducing costs, and enhancing customer satisfaction. Recommendations include prioritizing investment in digital technologies and providing ongoing training to employees to maximize the benefits of digital transformation.
