This study examines the influence of organizational culture on business performance. Objectives include: (1) evaluating the impact of cultural values on employee behavior, (2) analyzing the relationship between organizational culture and productivity, and (3) assessing the long-term effects of culture on business outcomes. A survey design is employed to gather data from a diverse respondent pool. Using Taro Yamane's formula, a sample size of 340 is derived, ensuring reliability and accuracy. The case study focuses on the hospitality sector in Lagos, Nigeria, where organizational culture plays a critical role. The reliability coefficient score is 0.87, indicating high reliability. Findings reveal that a strong, positive organizational culture significantly enhances business performance by fostering employee engagement and productivity. Recommendations include investing in cultural development programs and promoting core values that align with business goals to drive performance.
