THE IMPACT OF CROSS-CULTURAL LEADERSHIP ON GLOBAL BUSINESS SUCCESS

This research investigates the impact of cross-cultural leadership on global business success. Objectives are: (1) to assess the effectiveness of cross-cultural leadership in international business operations, (2) to analyze the relationship between leadership and cultural adaptability, and (3) to identify best practices for fostering cross-cultural leadership. A survey design is chosen for its ability to provide quantitative insights from numerous respondents. Using Taro Yamane's formula, the sample size is 340, ensuring accuracy and reliability. The study focuses on the multinational corporations sector in Lagos, Nigeria, where cross-cultural leadership is crucial. The reliability coefficient score is 0.87, indicating consistent results. Findings reveal that cross-cultural leadership significantly enhances global business success, promoting cultural adaptability and effective international operations. Recommendations include implementing leadership development programs that focus on cross-cultural skills and promoting a culture of cultural adaptability to enhance global business success.
