This research examines the impact of transformational leadership on organizational performance. Objectives are: (1) to evaluate the effectiveness of transformational leadership in driving organizational success, (2) to analyze its impact on employee motivation and productivity, and (3) to assess the relationship between transformational leadership and overall organizational growth. A survey design is chosen for its ability to provide quantitative insights from a broad population. Using Taro Yamane's formula, the sample size is 350, ensuring comprehensive coverage. The study focuses on the technology sector in Lagos, Nigeria, where innovation and leadership are crucial. The reliability coefficient score is 0.89, indicating high consistency.
